Ignatius D.
My name is Ignatius D’Souza, and I am a Certified Chef De Cuisine who has worked in the Culinary and Hospitality industry for over 35 years, here in Canada, US, Bermuda, on Cruise ships and in India where I am originally from. I have been teaching in postsecondary for the past 15 years. I enjoy travelling and experiencing different cuisines and cultures. I am now enjoying the large diversified culinary experiences here in the large melting pot of Canada.
In my spare time, I love to travel and explore different cuisines and culture. I am an avid reader of fiction and enjoy working with my hands on various DIY project at home.
I look forward to teaching and sharing my knowledge at Seneca this year.
