Amanda S.

Hi! I'm Amanda. I’m a professor at SoHT, currently teaching Hospitality Risk Management and Guest Security, Hospitality Management Law, Legal Liability and Risk Management.

I earned my law degree at Monash University and my teaching degree from RMIT. I enjoy merging the two paths together to create a student-centred learning experience.

In my spare time, I enjoy travelling and was fortunate to live and study in Australia, China and France. My favourite part of teaching is to connect with students with our shared passion of travel and culture.
