Nidhi Kapoor is a dedicated sales, hospitality, and business development professional. With over 15 years of sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry, she has demonstrated instrumental growth in revenue optimization and her ability to garner long-lasting genuine client relationships. Transitioning to the Long term care industry to follow one of her passions - improving the wellbeing of seniors - she recently joined Atria Senior Living as a Community Sales Director.

Nidhi is looking forward to joining Seneca College as a part-time professor for business development, hospitality, and tourism in the winter semester. She enjoys sharing her unique point of view, years of experience, and aims to be an inspiration for the younger generation.

Nidhi's mantra for life is "aspire to inspire", she lives every day with this goal in mind. In her free time, she loves giving back to the community. She has served as a mentor, consultant, guest speaker, and board member for various non-profit organizations. Nidhi practices the art of meditation to improve her overall wellbeing and focus in all aspects of her life.
