Key Co-op Positions, Volunteer and Employment Opportunities Available now!

TNT TOURS is currently getting ready to host tour, travel, hospitality and flight services students! Since 1988, we have offered hundreds of opportunities to such students.

Due to the pandemic, our industry has been hit hard. Our organization has not had any business since March 2020. Yet, we remain hopeful that tourism will come roaring back soon. We want to be ready for when it does!

Here is a list of positions we traditionally offer to industry partners and students:

ACTIVITIES DIRECTORS for student groups – Temple and Temple Tours Inc.: Conducting and coordinating multi-day overnight trips for student and adult groups to a variety of destinations; must possess great communication skills, be dynamic, friendly, outgoing, able to absorb and retain a lot of information and deal with long, challenging days; must be flexible, adaptable, open-minded and a great problem-solver; must be able to deliver the highest quality of customer service. Accommodation and meal expenses are paid for while on tour. PLACEMENT PERIOD: February, March, April, May, June, July and August. Minimum 4 weeks, maximum 4 month leading to possible year-round employment. EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: tba

ACTIVITIES DIRECTORS for international clients – TNTTOURS.CA: The main focus is with 18-35 year-olds from Brazil, Mexico, Europe and Asia. Must possess great communication skills, be very sociable, flexible, adaptable, happy to travel on weekends and willing to work long, varied days. PLACEMENT PERIOD: Year-round. Our peak months are typically January, February, June, July, August and September. Minimum 2 weeks, maximum 4 month leading to possible full-time employment. EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: tba

CUSTOMER SERVICE AGENTS: Responsible for selling and marketing our product to customers by way of telemarketing, service meetings and conferences; must be exceptional listeners with a bright, positive outlook and great organizational skills. PLACEMENT PERIOD: January, February, March, April, May, June, September and October. Minimum 2 weeks, maximum 4 months. EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITY: tba

OPERATIONS COORDINATOR ASSISTANTS: Assisting our Operations Coordinators with in-office support.

NOTE: All co-op positions are available for both short and long-term periods.

OUR TWO TOUR DEPARTMENTS ARE:

  1. TNT Tours – we specialize in the organization of in-city activities, 1- day and multi-day tours for international adults (aged 18-35) who come to Toronto and Montreal to study English and French – www.tnttours.ca

  2. Temple and Temple Tours Inc. – we specialize in the organization of curriculum-based, 1-day and multi-day educational field trips for student groups and their teachers (grades 6 through 12) – www.templeandtempletours.com

NOTE: In preparation for the future, TNTTOURS.CA and Temple and Temple Tours Inc. will be selecting a few qualified candidates to participate in an in-house training programme (February to April inclusive) that will certify them for future employment within our organization. This programme will be offered on a complimentary basis and will consist of both virtual and in-office sessions.
