Students in the School of Hospitality & Tourism have the opportunity to spend three weeks based in Bangkok, Thailand as part of a Faculty-Led Program Abroad (FLPA) led by Seneca professor Heather Laver. Delivered in collaboration with the Panyapiwat Institute of Management, students will earn a General Education course credit focusing on Thai culture and will also receive a program credit delivered by Ms. Laver.
Incorporating a variety of field trips and weekend activities, students will immerse themselves in Thai culture, while learning about the local hospitality industry and eco-friendly alternative tourism.
