We are genuinely delighted to see you sign-up for our upcoming expo.

While we continue to finalize more specifics for the expo, please see some of the information we already have:


About The Venue:

 

For the first time ever, our Annual Career Expo will be held at

Seneca College, Newnham Campus

1750 Finch Ave E, North York, ON M2J 2X5 (Google Map)

CITE Building K, Levels 1, 2 and 3

Partner Lounge will be at Helix and Innovation Centre, K2010


  • Closest parking lot available is Parking Lot 10 (P10) and Parking Lot 9 (P9). Please click the button for Campus Map - Parking Locations for reference.

  • The parking rate at P10 is charged by half the hour. The daily parking rate at Parking Lot 9 is ($10.00 *subject to change) and can be purchased through Honk mobile payment system. You may pay using the Honk mobile app or by clicking the Parking Honk button below.

  • Items can be dropped off at the nearest door while you park at CITE Building K. (East West Door, K1111)

  • Check-in opens at 9:30 am, please arrive by 10:00 am at CITE Building K, Helix and Innovation Centre, K2010.

  • Please bring a government-issued photo I.D. that confirms your identity. Visitors who are not registered will be asked to sign in using laptops located at the entrance.

  • Booth assignments and floor plans will be given on the day of the event.

Internet Connection on-campus

Visitors can connect to the new network by choosing SenecaGuest from their list of available networks, entering their name and email address and accepting the Information Technology Acceptable Use Policy.

Wireless access is available at all campuses.

SenecaGuest configuration settings

The following required information is needed to configure any wireless device connecting to the SenecaGuest wireless network:

Network / SSID: SenecaGuest

Your Name: Your full name

Email Address: Your email address

What’s Included in your registration

  • Table Top Booth Space (3-by-7-foot table, a 4-by-4-foot table, or a 6-by-6-foot table per employer partner)

  • Table Cloth (Subject to Availability)

  • Two Chairs

  • Wi-Fi Access

  • Refreshments and Lunch for Two Representatives

  • Career Expo Webpage (Organization profile, link to careers website, types of opportunities, job titles, large logo, company video, photos and location map)

  • Inclusion of your company logo and mentions on Social Media posts

  • Promotion of your company before, during and after the Career Expo

  • Assistance from our team with posting your jobs on the Job Boards across all the School of Hospitality and Tourism websites

Company Logo and Information Submission

The School of Hospitality and Tourism greatly appreciates its alliances and partnerships and their impact on our students' future successes.

Your participation in the Career Expo includes an e-profile to promote your company on the website and social media. Our team will include your company logo in our promotions before, during, and after the event.

If you haven’t submitted any information yet, we can accept Company Information and logo submissions until January 20, 2023.
