I started in the hospitality industry at the young age of 12. Family friends owned a banquet hall in Mississauaga, ON and put me to the task of dish washer and general helper. This was my first exposure to a commercial kitchen and the hospitality environment. Eventually, I started working in a number of hospitality environments which included independent restaurants, Toronto Metro Convention Centre, Oliver & Bonacini Group, The Ontario Investment and Trade Centre, Starwood Hotels, Sobeys, apetito Canada, Aramark and a few downtown Toronto nightclubs. Since January 2020, I joined Olymel S.E.C./L.P. a leading supplier and manufacturer of pork and poultry. I continue to demonstrate my commitment to the industry by serving as Past Board Member for the Toronto Professional Branch for the Canadian Association of Foodservice Professionals & as Past Board Member for the Toronto Club of SKAL International. In my spare time I enjoy reading, exercising and a glass of wine.
