Partnerships Hospitality Coordinator - Live Nation Entertainment

Job Summary:

As a member of the Commercial Partnerships team, this national role will be primarily responsible for leading our day to day hospitality and ticketing needs for the Music Partnerships team. This role will serve as a direct concierge for our national partners working closely with our internal ticketing teams to deliver against hospitality needs. In addition to the day to day requests, this role will lead and track our national in-market ticketing programs working closely with our promoter and marketing teams to ensure their success.

Responsibilities

  • Day to day ticketing concierge for our national partners which will include both email and phone work, servicing our partners and their clients

  • Manage large and often complex orders for a variety of partners and related programs across Canada while liaising with various ticketing teams and venues to help facilitate. This includes monitoring inventory, tracking of various sales and regular client facing reporting

  • Track and fulfill all contractual venue & national festival ticket deliverables for our partners

  • Facilitate hospitality requirements as needed which would include but not be limited to sourcing ticket allotments, securing space, arranging food & beverage needs, executing special experiences etc.

  • Manage sales tracker and communicate sales against partner programs as needed

  • Maintain ticket inventory for partner programs ensuring we are maximizing sales at all times

Requirements:

  • Minimum of one (1) year in the hospitality or entertainment industry with ticketing experience an asset

  • Exceptional customer service and organizational skills

  • Must be able to perform in a fast-paced, multi-demand work environment with excellent time management skills

  • Demonstrated ability to build and foster relationships both internally and externally

  • Proven to perform well under pressure; managing multiple priorities simultaneously

  • A positive, winning approach, incorporating integrity, confidentially and discretion

  • Ability to work evenings & weekends as required

  • Bilingual (French/English) is an asset

  • COVID-19 vaccination will be required for this position subject to legally valid exemptions

Physical Requirements/Work Environment
Sits for extended periods of time at a computer station or work desk; stands and walks throughout the day; occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc.; uses hands and fingers to operate computers and office equipment for up to 8 hours each day; lifts up to 10 pounds regularly; exposed to typical office environment conditions and noise levels.
